We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of CUSTOMER SERVICE B2C SPECIALIST
THE IMPACT: 
Maximize customer service level and ensure an effective and efficient order to deliver process management



MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:  

  • Ensure the timely order entry in accordance with timing, lead time, alerting
  • Maximize the customer's service level through monitoring of order planning and related production plans and through an adequate communication management to the customer and to internal colleagues
  • Plan shipments according to the availability of the goods and the constraints of the warehouse (timetable, loading diaries, distribution of loadings)
  • Optimize logistics costs by ensuring a saturation of vehicles (truck, container) in line with budget targets and using rates provided by the Procurement
  • Guarantee punctual evasion of orders in accordance with the turnover and minimization objectives of the stock and the backorder
  • Carry out and promote the issued documentation full compliance with the applicable standards and regulations (i.e. invoices, pro-forma invoices, customs declarations, bill of lading, l/c negotiations, etc)
  • Propose solutions to simplify and improve the operational management inherent to order entry and shipping usable for the entire office

Requirements: 

-Technical Diploma. Degree will be considered a plus;
-Level of English B2 is mandatory. Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus;
-A previous experience in the role will be considered a plus;
-Knowledge of SAP System;
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
-Analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail.
