Which is your role in Elica Group ?
I'm basically an operator who has knowledge to develop certain processes or work in different areas depending on the situation.

What is the added value that you contribute with your activity to Elica Group?
The added value would be quality in everything or activities that I realize the desire and attitude to maintain zero defects and 100% customer satisfaction.

In which value or commandment of the company do you most identify?
I identify more with the Elica´s values although the commandments also have some qualities which I identify with. The anecdote would be, in my old area where I was working I was a member of the pilot teams which had the intention of the WCM and thanks to that all the values ??and ideas that I had in mind could be carried out thanks to this, also it helped me to motivate very much in my job, but as I'm not in my old area everything new I learned or everything I reinforced with that, I apply it right now in my new area, trying to implement all that in my daily action and strengthening day by day Elica´s values ??and commandments.
