We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Customer Service Specialist.
THE IMPACT:
Supports the Demand Management area satisfying the requests and needs of customers.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manages the Set of Clients coordinating with the Commercial and Industrial Planning function to guarantee the products’ on-time delivery and managing any problems quickly and effectively;
  • Informs the Commercial function in relation to any problems or delivery delays respectively and at the same time supports the direct manager in negotiation of corrective actions with the customer;
  • Manages, in collaboration with Industrial Planning, the long-term requests of customers to optimize the supply of materials by minimizing the risk of production interruptions and related deliveries;
  • Collaborates with the Commercial department to obtain reliable and timely forecasts from customers in compliance with contractual agreements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar
  • A previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus
  • Very fluent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of the German language will be considered a plus
  • Time management
  • Team player
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
