Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.


Posizione

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Service Manager Germany.

THE IMPACT:

Manages the service activities and related costs while maximizing the sale of accessories, spare parts and consumer’s satisfaction, for the assigned area.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop an effective technical assistance network

- Coordinate and manage the SATs (service technical assistants) for the assigned area

- Ensure delivery of technical training to SAT personnel

- Provide all the supporting documentation for activities to be carried out by SATs (e.g. price lists)

- Ensure management of any complex complaints / claims that cannot be handled at the SAT level

- Monitor costs billed by SATs ensuring they reflect agreed rates - Monitor SATs service levels


Requisiti

- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar

- Minimum 4 years of experience (in the home appliance industry is preferable)

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills

- Excellent Analytical skills

- Problem Solving

- Proactivity and flexibility
