We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Finance Director Cooking
THE IMPACT: 

Lead the Controlling Area for the Cooking Business Unit, building and developing the best controlling model aimed to support the management for decisional processes



MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:  

- Ensure the markets coordination to consolidate the results

- Coordinate and support local markets sharing benchmarks and best practices for finance topics (administration, accounting, tax)

- Drive and Define the guidelines for budgeting/forecasting processes across the Group

- Creation of the full reporting package on Monthly base (Actual and Forecast) to BoD, Market, Top Management 

- Supporting the unit in the planning process and in the ad hoc analysis required, in particular related to the 3Y/5Y Group Strategic Plan

- Deployment & Business support of main important projects to gain profitability and Growth

- Be accountable for strong internal controls, project reviews are adhered to and any project cost overruns are identified early

- Drive CAPEX Management according the priorities and return of investment keeping under control the spending level



Requirements: 

- Degree in Economics

- A post graduate course in AFC subjects will be considered a plus

- At least 5-10 years' experience as financial controller in multinational companies

- Fluency in English

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and ERP systems

- The knowledge of SAP and Board platform is a plus

- Positive and business partnering approach

- Team working and communication skills
