We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Training Coordinator
THE IMPACT: 

Manages and plans trainings according to Company Strategy and needs of departments, mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Contributes to innovating the delivery of training by proposing out of the box solutions.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Gather training needs in collaboration with HR and Line Managers, supporting them in the identification of the most effective training activity
  • Identify, through scouting activities, innovative ways to deliver training, also through new partners
  • Draft the global training plan budget that integrates the departments’ needs and the People Strategy guidelines
  • Plan and Organise training activities
  • Prepare materials for training classes (registers, rooms booking)
  • Monitor training activities, providing and collecting feedback surveys at the end of the training
  • Store all training related documents in SuccessFactors (e.g training material, employee attendances, ecc) (Learning module)
  • Draft and deliver training related reports
  • Support the onboarding process with respect to mandatory trainings

Requirements: 

- Degree  (Master in Human Resources Management is a plus)
-  5-7 years of experience in training & development activities inside of multinational companies or consulting firm
- Fluent in English 
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Effective Organisational Skills
- Teamworking Skills
- Decision making & self-organized   
- Creative and Innovative profile
