Posizione

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Payroll Specialist (internship).


THE IMPACT:

Support the direct manager on the payroll process management for the company, following the legal obligations (social security contributions, insurance, fiscal, administrative) and company policies, being a focal point for all stakeholders.


MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support the direct manager in the following activities:

- Update the payroll system for all hiring, termination, transfers, secondments events, including the related tax data, contribution data, severance pay and personnel administration in general

- Process mandatory communications from employment centers, entities and funds

- Process attendance data and variable remuneration elements for the monthly production of the payslip

- Manage the contracts drafting process in according to HR manager requirements

- Verification of payslips and contributions

- Manage salary certificates, foreclosures and salary-backed loans, taking care of relations with external companies

- Support employees in reading payslips and filling out personnel administration documents


Requisiti

- Degree in Law, Economics or similar;

- Fluent in written and spoken English;

- Previous experience (thesis or internship) in a similar role will be considered a plus;

- Knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel);

- Willingness to learn;

- Proactivity;

- Systematic approach.
