Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.


Posizione

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Logistics Specialist (Internship).


MISSION


Act as a focal point for B2C customers for delivery and commercial customers issues to maximize the customer satisfaction.

MAIN ACTIVITIES



  • Provide to the customer and to Sales Managers information related to product and its availability;
  • Entry orders in SAP and provide order confirmation to the customer;
  • Be the focal point with logistics providers for all issues related to the warehousing;
  • Gather and Manage customers claims (e.g. Deliveries, product and pricing).


Requisiti

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
  • Good knowledge of SAP;
  • Native Spanish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian and Portuguese will be considered a plus;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
  • Customer oriented approach.
