We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of SERVICE AREA MANAGER.
Create the assistance centre network in the assigned area and coordinate it providing training and support to the field.


  • Create, coordinate, manage and support the whole assistance centre network in Italy. In a first step the person will start creating a new assistance centre network, identifying the centres to activate, arranging meeting on areas and visiting the service providers.
  • Identify the needs of the network in terms of training, equipment and operative procedures.
  • Keep in touch with assistance centres and call centres in order to manage eventual complaints and to plan the operations; if needed, the person will be supported by Corporate Service team.
  • Be responsible for network managing costs budget and service KPIs.
  • Provide training and technical support to service partners that are in the assigned area, support the assistance network on issues about product repairing and, if needed, support the network in the assistance activities on field.

- Technical high school diploma or Engineering Degree in electric, electronics or automation;
- 5 years at least in the role in white goods or similar sector; a previous experience as repair or service technician will be considered as a plus;
- Good level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish or German will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent technical knowledge of products and their components and capability to teach them;
- Assistance centres network management; 
- Leadership, capability to coordinate different team and good stress management complete the profile.
