I am a Technologist in the metal sheet cutting department. Over recent months my work has been expanding into the area of die-casting.
What is the main added value that your work brings to the Elica Group?
My patience and training techniques in teaching the workers the various steps so as to improve their work in the company. The method used to operate the presses correctly.The fact that the workers follow you in the World Class Manufacturing activities.
Which of the company values or commandments do you most identify yourself with?
