This selection project, which has been developed by Elica, will involve young Italian and foreign University students. The project, will give these talented youths the opportunity to have job interviews with the ELICA HR staff and meet the company top management, who is always willing to establish productive relations between university and business.
“Despite the difficult economic situation our country is still facing, we are proud to provide young students, who are approaching the work world for the first time, with the great opportunity of getting into contact with our company and recruiters – says Mr. Francesco Casoli, President of Elica - The ’On Air Academy Tour’ represents a new and challenging recruitment and selection process, which creates a firsthand experience with the various Italian ‘excellences’, and is included in a series of initiatives through which Elica shows its ongoing commitment to seeking out and developing its collaborators.”
The ‘On Air Academy Tour’ is aimed at identifying 10 new graduates to be involved in a first growth path in our Head-offices, which will then continue in our corporate offices worldwide.
The initiative, which recalls the historical development path made by our company, will start at the ‘Università Politecnica’ of the Marche region, and will continue at the ‘Politecnico’ of Bari and the Universities of Aquila and Padova. The University of Trento and the Federico II University of Naples will follow in September, with two days in Poland and Germany concluding the initiative.
All of the 10 young students recruited will be offered the possibility to stay at a campus located in the Fabriano area, with free access to the company gym and canteen, in addition to receiving a 500 € reimbursement ".
