E-STRAORDINARIO WINS THE CULTURE+ ENTERPRISE PRIZE

Our  ‘E-STRAORDINARIO’ project, organized by the  Ermanno Casoli Foundation, sponsored  by  Elica, ACRAF and  il Gruppo 24Ore (among others) during the past years, won the  2014 CULTURE + ENTERPRISE prize.
This important reward, was conceived to collect and give prominence to the best exchange experiences between the world of culture and the enterprise system.

Thus, making us very proud of our decision to emphasize the cooperation between artists and enterprises for our corporate training activities. Assessment parameters, adopted to grant the prize, were focused on the innovation of fixed goals; the choice of solutions; the applied procedures; the strategy and the implementation of an integrated communication plan; the advantages obtained by the beneficiaries of the cultural project and the reference territory; the networking with institutions, media, company; the project financial feasibility and the management of resources involved; the integration with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) campaigns; the result assessment methods, with respect to the goals achieved by both the partners; and the creation of job opportunities for cultural and communication operators.

Furthermore, throughout the last two years, the ‘ E-STRAORDINARIO’ initiatives have also involved kids, thanks to the  "For Kids" edition. An initiative that Elica and the Ermanno Casoli Foundation decided to devote to the children of the employees of the Group.
