We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Sales Manager Key Customers & Ile de France.
THE IMPACT:  
Manage business development with several national customers. 
Promote Elica in a selection of key local accounts (shops & wholesalers) in Ile de France region. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:   

• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective assigned national customers to generate new business for the organization's products and services; 
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the Ile de France territory to generate new business  for the organization's products and services; 
• Analyse the territory's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization; 
• Plans and organizes sales strategies by maximizing the ROI for the territory; 
• Follows product changes applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas; 
• Participation on exhibitions and purchasing group events; 
• Coordinates sales effort with sales management, marketing, accounting, logistics and technical service departments. 


Requirements:  
- Business School degree (5/master degree); 
-  Min. 1 year experience on the field as sales representative (domestic appliances, kitchens furniture, household, sanitary or purchasing group markets) would be considered a plus; 
- Professional knowledge of French & English language (written and spoken);   
- Professional knowledge of sales technics;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Decision making, Accountability, Proactivity and good sense of human relationships complete the profile.
