We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Customer Service & Logistics Specialist in our Munich branch.
THE IMPACT: 
Ensure customer satisfaction in every aspect, from the order data entry to the after sales support.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:  
-Support the customer by taking care of the relationship with him, both through e-mails and through calls.
-Being able to provide customer support by sharing accurate information on the product and its availability.
-Order management from the insertion into ERP system till the delivery.
-Sending order confirmations to the customers.
-Claim Management (e.g. errors regarding deliveries, products, pricing).
-Providing Information to the sales assistant (e.g. delivery date, product availability.
-Control of delivery time management through continuous feedback with the warehouse.

Requirements: 
-Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
-German native speaker; fluent English.
-At least 2 years in similar role.
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management;
-Knowledge of SAP or similar software;
-Advanced knowledge of excel;
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
-Capability to understand and move within organizational dynamics
-Time management
