Elica has two core businesses areas: cooking and motors.

In the first area, Elica is the world's leading manufacturer of cooker hoods for household use. In the second area, Fime brand holds the number 1 position in Europe for the design, production and sale of electric motors for household appliances and boilers.

The cooking business unit designs, manufactures and sells kitchen hoods for domestic use, with the Elica brand as well as for the world's leading manufacturers of household appliances and kitchens. For the Asian market, the company also produces hobs, ovens and sterilisers. The motors business unit manufactures and sells electric motors for appliances, hoods and boilers for household use.


Position

We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Customer Service & Logistics Specialist.

THE IMPACT:

Ensure customer satisfaction in every aspect, from the order data entry to the after sales support.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Support the customer by taking care of the relationship with him, both through e-mails and through calls.

-Being able to provide customer support by sharing accurate information on the product and its availability.

-Order management from the insertion into ERP system till the delivery.

-Sending order confirmations to the customers

-Claim Management (e.g. errors regarding deliveries, products, pricing)

-Providing Information to the sales assistant (e.g. delivery date, product availability)

-Control of delivery time management through continuous feedback with the warehouse


Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

- German native speaker; fluent English.

- Knowledge of Outlook

- Good knowledge of Excel

- Knowledge of SAP or similar software

- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills

- Time management
