
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of RECRUITING SPECIALIST
THE IMPACT:
Support the Manager in the coverage of Graduate & Professional Positions respecting the given deadlines and appropriate candidates, promoting Elica outside as an attractive Company for young talents.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: -Coordinate the activities aimed to the vacancies coverage for the Region (EMEA), carrying out recruiting processes.
-Use all typical tools of the recruiting process such as HR portals, ATS and Psychometric tests.
-Promote and present the candidate to the line using adequate reports and, coherently with company values and culture, present candidate that have technical knowledge appropriate to the role.
-Ensure the correct implementation of attraction strategy trough networking activities with recruiting societies, training societies, public institution and other HR entities interesting for the Company.
-Ensure the implementation of activities related to the talent acquisition aimed to attract talents.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Economics; Master in human resource management will be a plus
-Fluent in English; knowledge of second language will be considered a plus
-At least 2 year in a similar role
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management
-Familiarity with job boards, HR software and management systems
-Knowledge of principle online assessment instruments (aptitude tests and questionnaires for recruitment, selection and development)
-Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
-Capability to understand and move within organizational dynamics
