We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Social Media Specialist.
THE IMPACT: 

Manage Elica's presence on social media, taking care of the development, programming and publication of content on social platforms and community management activities.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:  

- Provide support and contribute to the social strategy and related editorial plan development, participating in the planning and contributing to the content development (images, videos and original copy) and the general strategy implementation
- Posting activities on social media (focusing on: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin) and community management in line with the company policy on active channels, taking care of the relationship with users and with the aim of maximizing their interaction with the company
- Acquisition and analysis of the statistical data of the various social channels to optimize the publication of information and maximize visits and reactions
- Generate reports relating to managed social channels, comments on social networks, number of "clicks", etc
- Analysis and benchmarking of competitors' social activities, platform analysis and identification of the target audience
- Coordination with external agencies and the various internal stakeholders of the company for the development of digital assets and initiatives
- Collaboration with foreign teams for content sharing and approval of local social media calendars
- Support the Digital manager in setting up and optimizing company pages both on websites and within each social platform to increase the visibility of the company's contents, also for SEO purposes
- Support the team in the coordination activities of external suppliers dedicated to the production of digital materials (e.g. video, draft...) on the basis of the defined briefs
- Collaborate in the maintenance of the websites of Italian and foreign competence in terms of content, layout and functionality, in collaboration with the Marketing function as regards product issues

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in digital with a focus on Social Media management in communication agencies or companies
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Knowledge and understanding of the digital environment and different social media platforms.
- A good knowledge of photo editing tools will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proactivity
