We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of LOCAL MARKETING MANAGER.
THE IMPACT
Directly reporting to Subsidiary General Manager and functionally reporting to EMEA Trade Marketing Manager, he/she will be the local executor of central Trade Marketing strategy through the development of a marketing plan (ATL e BTL).

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Function

- Sell OUT accelerator tool
- Local market data analisys in accordance with central marketing office (market share, price positioning)
- Local marketing budget management
- POS execution to increase display share
- Creation and management of merchandising tools
- Planning and execution of trade and marketing local events/exhibitions
- Local developmnet of p.o.s. materials in line with central Trade Marketing office
- Range selection and commercialization (support tools)
- Local commercial operation support.

Market Operations

- Increase display & promo share through implementation of p.o.s. projects and sell out accelerator tools
- Development of concrete action plans by key customers, secure the execution and measure KPIs
- Brand management and definition of the local product ranges according to market needs, channel distribution and company strategy
- New products launch supported by dedicated local events: Road show and local fair organization
- Market Data analysis in term of market trends, market share, price positioning in accordance with central strategic marketing office
- Marketing budget management and Yearly Marketing Plan preparation and presentation (non PID – Post Invoice Discount)
- Merchandisers and promoters management
- Assuring full coherence between Group guide lines and activities done locally
- Ensure continuos support to local sales team reaching targets
- Drive and report display promotion.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Marketing/Communication/ Engineering
- Professional use of German and English languages (italian will be considered a plus)    
- 5 or more years in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing dept.
- Previous experiences in Own brand company: home appliances, consumer goods, kitchen manufacturer, cooker hoods
- Basic knowledge of major domestic products
- Good knowledge of S.A.P.
